Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Toppings: sliced fruits (such as kiwi, mango, or pineapple), granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, fresh berries

Instructions 

  • Blend Smoothie Base: In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into Bowls: Divide the smoothie mixture evenly among serving bowls.
